Lonely Macaque Baby

Lonely Macaque Baby

I have been away for part of the week, taking care of Sarah after some wisdom teeth removal (feel better!).  She is on the road to recovery, and so today I wanted to put up an image of a cute baby monkey.  Among the troupe of  northern pig-tailed macaques (Macaca leonina) we came across in Khao Yai National Park, Thailand, this little baby was off to one side, watching the antics of his older relatives.  So sweet, though his father/uncle was none too pleased about our presence so close to the gathering.  Enjoy.
